Abstract

Objective To study the clinical effect of transvaginal natural orifice endoscopic surgery in patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods

February 2024 were selected as research samples. The patient’s age, body mass index, number of vaginal deliveries, menopause time, blood
β-HCG, tumor size, operation time, intraoperative blood loss and other indicators were recorded. Results The operation was successfully
completed in all patients, and no adverse reactions occurred during and after operation. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and
VAS score at 48 hours after operation were 30.87±3.18 min, 62.34±10.25 ml and 1.02 ±0.03. The blood β-HCG level decreased to normal
