A systematic review and meta-analysis of the effect of massage therapy in pain relief during labor

Abstract


目的:  本系统综述旨在评估按摩疗法在分娩镇痛过程中的有效性。

方法:  本文从2010年1月1日至2017年7月31日的5个数据库中搜索CENTRAL,MEDLINE,CINAHL,联合和辅助药物数据库(AMED)以及中国知识基础设施(CNKI)。本次审查包括随机对照试验(RCT) ,将分娩期间的按摩疗法与正常护理和其他非药理学方法在降低分娩期间的疼痛强度方面进行比较。

结果: 该系统评价包括386名妇女中的5个RCT。通过分析数据,笔者发现按摩可以减轻疼痛程度。纳入四项随机对照试验进行荟萃分析。其中两人比较了按摩疗法和常规护理对分娩镇痛的效果。按摩疗法对疼痛缓解具有显着的效果(Z = 4.02,P <0.0001)。当比较按摩疗法与主动控制(经皮神经电刺激-TENS或音乐疗法)时,疼痛缓解的效果有利于按摩疗法,但没有统计学显着性差异(Z = 0.92,P = 0.36)。按摩疗法还降低了参与者的焦虑水平,并提高了他们在分娩时疼痛缓解的满意度。按摩不影响胎儿的结果。

结论:  按摩疗法似乎对母亲和胎儿更安全; 可以减轻分娩痛苦,提高分娩时疼痛缓解的满意度。然而,按摩疗法的功效尚不清楚,需要在这方面进行更多的高质量试验。
