Abstract

The purpose is to explore the application effect of scene simulation teaching in neurology intensive care. 104 nursing students who were interned in the intensive care unit of Department of Neurology of our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 52 in each group. Traditional nursing education was used in the control group, and scene simulation education was carried out in the experimental group. After the internship, the test scores, comprehensive ability and educational effect satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: the scores of clinical cases in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total scores of nursing operation skills, emergency response ability, tacit understanding dimension, communication and cooperation of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of scenario simulation teaching in neurology intensive care can significantly improve theoretical achievement, practical skill achievement, clinical case nursing ability and education satisfaction of nursing students in nursing department, and enhance their comprehensive ability.
