Abstract

With the development of modern rehabilitation medicine, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients have an increasing demand for rehabilitation. However, kinesiophobia has become a major obstacle for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients to participate in pulmonary rehabilitation treatment , resulting in negative effects such as reduced exercise compliance, increased symptom burden and
reduced quality of life of patients .This paper reviews the current situation, assessment tools and intervention methods of kinesiophobia in
patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, aiming to increase the attention of clinical nurses, timely detect the phenomenon of kinesiophobia in patients, take targeted intervention measures to guide clinical work, reduce the level of kinesiophobia in patients, and promote
exercise behavior in patients. It can improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
